I bought too many of these phones for my factory. I have 22 for sale. I updated the firmware on ALL of them, so although they have the Verizon name on them,they will NOT try to contact the mother ship. These will work perfectly right out of the box. These include phone, stand, headset, cord, and power supply.This model can be powered using PoE, which I'm using, so you don't need to install them near an outlet, or worry about yet another power cord.
